Did you know… These best interview questions focus on the skills that you want candidates to have and the contributions that you most want the candidate to make—if hired. They help you assess the prospective employee’s work experience and his or her approach to problem solving. They help you understand how the candidate interacts with people and the work environment. But are they legal?

The presentation will focus on the employee screening process. What should you look for?  What are the red flags during an interview? What is legal to ask of the prospective employee? What are the kind of questions you should ask? Bring your questions!
